Putting some more improvements on the site, finally got the iTunes script working nicely. I am also working on a gallery I should have something by the end of the week at the latest. I’ve still gotta take some snaps of my portfolio pieces so I can show them off here and upload all the desktops I’ve made.
Well, I did quite a bit this weekend. I went to my Bro’s house in the country. We played some PS2–Vice City and NBA Live 2k2. I was never really into the sports genre of video games, but, I guess since I’ve recently been getting into pro basketball, I really had fun playing and am considering buying a copy. I always thought it would be too complex, but it wasn’t too bad. I lent him my Vice City and mem card, so that I can get some work done on this site. We’ll see, before I started this I was playing Tony Hawk PS2…I’ve finished all the levels and skaters, but it’s still an addictive game. I love trying to get huge combos, so far, if I remember correctly, my highest was about 350,000. I can average from 60,000 to 125,000.
Yesterday I went with my other bro and mom to the local “fancy” seafood restraunt, Papadeux’s. They had crawfish on sale for $3.99 a pound with [one] potato and corn. They boil some good craw there. But their boudin left something to be desired–not enough flavor, it tasted too much like chicken livers, so I doused it in Tabasco [it makes almost anything better
]. Still the best of both I’ve had was that place in Baytown-way-east-Texas. I can’t remember the name, or where exactly it was, but they had excellent cheap boiled crawfish and other cajun foods, it was like a cajun deli or market. There are some things I still miss about East Texas.
well I’m out hasta laterz
