iTunes :: Si no se pudo, pues no se pudo :: “El Dorado” :: Aterciopelados
Well, last week was Fiesta, San Anto’s Big party. Had some fun, went to NIOSA, the Carnival and Market Square. Lot’s of drunken reveling! I should be posting pics in the gallery soon. Though I may post them in the Frijol Gallery….well, we’ll see. Also got a chance to watch a couple parades this year, both the Battle of Flowers and the Flambeau night parade. My buddy’s office was having a parade party, since they are right on the parade route, and I got invited. It was pretty cool. Over all I had a pretty good time there.
Now comes the “Blues” part. Yesterday I got laid-off. So now I’m thrown back into the job pool. I guess this gives me the opportunity to explore other firms, now that I have more of a grip on the scene here in SA.When I first moved here I had no idea what the firms were like here, but since I’ve been working here, I’ve got more of a feel for it. Hopefully, I can get back into it soon, and not have to live on unemployment for too long.
Because of this I have opened up my own Cafe Press store and will be selling t-shirts and stuff with my original artwork. I’ve put together a shop for the Chico 1/5 Art piece here, with more to come later! So tell your friends and help an artist who’s out of work!
